In the final chapter of her book, “The How of Happiness,” Lyubomirsky presents five fundamental principles for achieving and sustaining happiness. First, Lyubomirsky emphasizes that happiness primarily stems from experiencing frequent positive emotions, such as joy, contentment, and delight.
